Inspection and Inventory

Once our experts purchase vehicles via insurance auctions or private sellers, they are immediately put through an inspection process which coincides with the inventory process. The parts on the vehicle are thoroughly checked for defects or any other malfunctions prior to dismantling. We also determine which options the part has so that the wrong part is not provided to the buyer.

Dismantling 

No torches needed.

Our dismantlers are trained to treat each part as if it was their own. Each vehicle is taken apart as if we had to put it together, no cut wires and no hazardous items sticking out.

Once again the dismantler inspects and determines the proper function and options of each part after removing it from the vehicle. 

Most of the parts are removed from the vehicle before going on the lot to provide faster service to the customer.

Warehousing

Precious items like headlights, tail lights and mirrors are wrapped in plastic and stored inside on shelves. Engines and transmissions are drained and also stored on shelves in our warehouse.
